Major construction projects are complex undertakings, often involving dozens of subcontractors and suppliers, thousands of workers, and tens to hundreds of millions of dollars in material, equipment, and services. Orchestrating that demands disciplined construction management, which we have provided on projects ranging from single assets to multi-site national programs.
