Since 1998 the partners at Riverpoint have represented investors across eight asset classes — more than 100,000 student housing beds, 120 medical office buildings, and 10,000,000 square feet of retail and mission critical facilities among them. We act as owner's representative only, which means our advice is never shaped by who is building the project.

What we do

Program Management: Management of large, complex, multi-site programs — planning, design, and construction under one accountable team.
Pre-Development: Economic, market, and finance feasibility studies alongside land planning, engineering, and product recommendations.
Construction Management: Detailed budgeting, bidding and contract negotiation, CPM scheduling, and full-time on-site management through close-out.
Development: End-to-end project direction as owner's representative, from raw land through a finished, occupied asset.
